30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligible for Return

  • • Items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • • Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • • Incorrect items shipped in error

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • • Safety equipment that has been worn or used (hard hats, gloves, safety vests)
  • • Clearance or final sale items
  • • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • • Consumable products (stretch wrap, tapes, etc.) that have been opened

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA email

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
