30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligible for Return
- • Items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
- • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
- • Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- • Incorrect items shipped in error
Not Eligible for Return
- • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- • Safety equipment that has been worn or used (hard hats, gloves, safety vests)
- • Clearance or final sale items
- • Items returned after the 30-day window
- • Consumable products (stretch wrap, tapes, etc.) that have been opened
How to Return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA email
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
